Love Alpha - Fiber Mascara [Review]

 Let's start!~

--------------------

Unfortunately, i lost the little pamphlet that was inside the case but it was just instructions on how to use it.

Basically you apply the transplanting gel first (which is basically mascara), & then add on the natural fiber before the mascara dries. Once applied, add on another layer of the transplanting gel.

First picture is the transplanting gel (TG) & the second picture is the natural fiber.

I don't know if you can see this well, maybe i should've put the fibers on a white piece of paper, but they're basically like little hairs (lol that sounds weird xL)

------------------------

Before application:
(i curled my eyelashes, personally my eyelashes either go down or straight so i always have to curl them before applying mascara.)

Application:
(i did not re-curl them after application)

1 layer of the TG looks very natural & once i applied the fiber, i didn't notice a difference in length yet. After re-applying the TG i did see a slight difference. I went ahead and did a second layer.

Don't mind the white circle, my face decided to give me a huge spot so i covered it for you guys xP

You can tell that my eyelashes definitely looks a lot longer than before.

My little sister saw me and said she really liked it & that it looked nice because it was long.

OVERALL

Pros:
  • gives lashes length
  • buildable to make lashes as long as you want
  • natural looking (unless you apply too much of the transplanting gel)
  • easy to apply
  • has labels on the packaging so that you don't have to open them to know which one is which
  • the TG itself can give a slight length to your lashes without the fibers
  • affordable; its not overly expensive, but neither is it cheap (i cant remember how much it costs, but i think it ranges from £3-£6 depending on where you get it from. I got mine from ebay.) You can get it cheaply here with free shipping.
  • I'm not too sure of the actual length wear of them, but i had it on for about 3 hours
  • before wiping them off and it still looked great! The curl was well held (it only went down a tiny bit). You can probably wear this for a good 4-5 hours, maybe more.
  • easy to remove

Cons:
  • apply too much transplanting gel or fibers & your lashes will start to clump & will loose its natural look
  • you have to clean up a bit around your eyes as some of the fibers don't stick to your lashes and will fly onto your face
  • it does take a while to get rid of all the mascara
  • also, if you apply too much then your lashes will have the spider leg effect. If you like that kind of look then that's not problem.

Personal Feedback:
I don't use the fibers often and just use the gel on its own because it is enough to give my lashes the length i want. If i want to make my lashes longer i can just easily add on the fibers.

Would i re-purchase?
No, because i don't mind the length of my lashes. It's not too short so when i apply mascara and curl them they look longer alright.

Would i recommend it?
Yes! If you have short lashes or want longer looking lashes this is definitely the product for you. Its much cheaper to buy this than falsies because they last a long time. Also, if your like me & can't put on false lashes then this would be a great alternative (:
